The CoreX RipFit Trainer is designed to get you both ripped and fit. It is also ideal for functional fitness workouts particularly swinging, batting and rotational training. The RipFit trainer can be used practically anywhere and assembles in seconds. This versatile trainer can be used with either one side or both ends of the RipFit bar attached to resistance band(s). In single attachment mode, asymmetrical force works core muscle groups with every moment. Even standing still strains your core!
