Our maces incorporate the same larger diameter handle (1.65″) on the 10 and 15 pound maces as the larger models to improve grip strength and provide maximum durability. We’ve also incorporated a slightly longer handle design (36″) on the 10 and 15 pound maces to provide increased versatility and leverage over competing models (Typically 33″). The textured matte black powder coating provides additional grip and excellent durability to ensure a long lasting finish in the most demanding environments. This is the same mace we use at our F.I.T. Studio facility to withstand the gamut of mace workouts we do. From tire slams to swings to ballistic curls and night shields, the F.I.T.
