The 2” steel-lined center holes snugly fit Olympic size barbells and maintain their shape in-between uses. 

This is a “personal use” bumper plate, perfect for use in a home gym, and is not intended to withstand being repeatedly dropped or thrown on the floor. Please also note that rubber bumper plates may have a sheen present on the finish from manufacturing, which can easily be removed with mild dish soap.

The Valor Fitness MB-F is a 2” Safety Bar Extension designed to give the user the added insurance while lifting personal best limits. Adjusting the Safety Bar Extensions are just a turn of the wrist.
